We will cover how 3D printing works in general and going step by step backward to the models we want to design later. Will cover control programs, slicers, filament and a High level over view of 3D design tools.

We design together the same object using FreeCAD. I will guide you through the different workbenches of FreeCAD and tell you how to use them.

Optional: * Importing a STL file, convert it via a mesh to a solid. And being able to modify it. * We may also use FEM simulation to simulate force on the object to find it's week point.

Please bring a laptop with you.
