DNS is the important parts of the cloud. But, Container and VM are spoken when talk about the clouds.

DNS can use wide area in the cloud. For example, not only hostname but also GSLB and Service Discovery. In this session, I present a way to processing DNS response for improve cloud computing.

The most commonly used open-source DNS software includes Bind, NSD, and Unbound. These DNS servers excel at stably processing DNS protocol implementations. In this session, instead of these OSS options, we will introduce methods to process DNS queries using PowerDNS, KnotDNS and Golang. By the end of this session, you will understand: - How to achieve flexible record responses using PowerDNS Lua Records - How to generate DNS responses programmatically using PowerDNS Remote Backend - How to balance stable DNS operations with customization using KnotDNS Lua module - How to implement DNS processing using Go programming

DNS is fundamental, useful and powerful. We can develop infrastructure that can use DNS to build better services.
